About the Role
This Workforce Management Analyst role involves ensuring day-ahead operational readiness by constructing and adjusting airport rosters, managing staffing exceptions, and coordinating coverage through real-time workforce actions and operational calling to support uninterrupted airport operations.
As a Workforce Management Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day airport operations, ensuring that all necessary staffing is in place to meet operational demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-ahead roster construction (D-12) ensuring full operational coverage.
- Assist in assigning relief staff based on skills, availability, and regulatory rules.
- Support overtime, reduced overtime, and undertime tracking with proper documentation.
- Monitor sick call notifications and support backfill actions within defined timelines.
- Prepare mid-day and end-of-shift staffing and exception reports.
- Ensure adherence to defined workflows, compliance standards, and audit requirements.
Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate / Undergraduate degree.
- Strong MS Excel skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work in time-sensitive environments.
- Comfortable with outbound and inbound operational calling in a time-sensitive environment.
- Clear spoken English with ability to communicate confidently and professionally on calls.
- Ability to follow defined workflows, compliance, and data security standards.
- Prior exposure to workforce planning, scheduling, or airline operations preferred.
