Systems Intern

About the Role

As a Systems Intern at Wobot AI, you will assist in deploying, configuring, and maintaining edge devices in various environments.

You will support the execution of benchmark tests for edge devices, including CPU, GPU, NPU, memory, storage, and workload performance evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain edge devices in different environments.
• Support the execution of benchmark tests for edge devices.
• Collect, analyze, and document benchmark results.
• Assist in comparing different device configurations and contribute to benchmark reports and recommendations.
• Follow established test procedures and help create repeatable test checklists.
• Support routine system maintenance activities.
• Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Document configurations, test results, troubleshooting steps, and operational procedures.

What You'll Need

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking fundamentals.
• Familiarity with Linux environments and basic system administration concepts.
• Familiarity with Docker and containerization concepts is good to have.
• Understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs.
• Interest in system performance testing, benchmarking, and infrastructure technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to document findings and communicate technical information clearly.
• Basic scripting knowledge in Python, Shell scripting, or similar languages is a plus.
