About the Role
As an HR Recruiter at Workino HR Solutions Private Limited, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for various roles within the organization. Your day-to-day tasks will involve sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining a strong employer brand to attract the best candidates.
Working closely with the hiring managers, you will be responsible for creating job descriptions, posting job ads, and screening resumes to find the perfect fit for the company's needs.
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about recruitment, have excellent communication skills, and are able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract top talent for various roles within the organization
- Develop and maintain a strong employer brand to attract the best candidates
- Create job descriptions and post job ads on various platforms
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders
- Conduct reference checks and verify candidate information
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the recruitment process
Skills & Qualifications
- Recruitment and talent acquisition experience (0-2 years)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Knowledge of recruitment software and tools (e.g. Workday, BambooHR)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
