About the Role
As a Market Research and Sales Support Intern at Worxwide Consulting, you will be responsible for assisting in market research, sales support, and client outreach for the Delhi division. Your day-to-day tasks will involve analyzing market trends, identifying business opportunities, and providing support to the sales team in achieving their targets.
You will work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and provide them with the necessary data and insights to close deals. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and trends in the IT and digital services sectors.
- Assist the sales team in preparing sales pitches, presentations, and proposals to clients.
- Provide support in client outreach and relationship management to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Manage CRM data and maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to clients.
- Assist in analyzing sales data and providing insights to the sales team to improve their performance.
- Participate in sales meetings and provide input on sales strategies and tactics.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and data management.
- Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and practices.
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Knowledge of IT and digital services sectors is a plus.
