About the Role

As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling their queries, complaints, and concerns via phone, email, or chat. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the company.

You will work closely with the customer service team to identify and escalate complex issues, and collaborate with other departments to provide timely and accurate solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, escalating complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide timely and accurate solutions to customer queries.
  • Document customer interactions and update CRM systems to ensure accurate customer information.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty to the company.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Meet or exceed customer service performance metrics, including response times and resolution rates.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in CRM software.
  • Degree in any field (preferably in business or communications).
