Job Description
About the Role
As a CDM System Analyst, you will manage and enhance Channel Data Management (CDM) solutions by designing scalable data architectures, developing SQL and ETL solutions, and supporting enterprise data systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and support Channel Data Management (CDM) solutions
- Develop and optimize SQL queries and ETL pipelines
- Monitor system health, data quality, and batch processes
- Troubleshoot production issues and resolve data-related incidents
- Build Power BI reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions
- Support data integration across ERP, CRM, and enterprise systems
- Collaborate with IT, Sales Operations, and Data Engineering teams
- Manage incidents and changes following ITIL processes
- Deliver technical documentation, user training, and project updates
- Improve data quality, performance, and system scalability
What You'll Need
- B.E / B.Tech
- B.Sc
- M.E / M.Tech
- MCA
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a team and manage time effectively
