About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to support recruitment activities and employee engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Assist in onboarding of new employees.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives.
• Coordinate with employees to address routine HR queries.
• Ensure timely follow-up on recruitment and onboarding activities.

What You'll Need

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knows how to use MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), LinkedIn and Canva.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
