About the Role
As a Sales Officer - CASA/ CA at Yes Bank, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and acquiring new customers for the bank's CASA (Current Account Savings Account) and CA (Current Account) products. This role involves building strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
You will work closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, and will be expected to meet or exceed sales targets. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of the banking industry and its products.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers for Yes Bank's CASA and CA products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive sales growth and meet or exceed sales targets
- Work closely with the sales team to share best practices and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on banking products and services, and make recommendations to customers as needed
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the sales team
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of the banking industry and its products
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Knowledge of sales and customer relationship management software
