About the Role

As an Airport Cargo professional at Yoho Technologies Private Limited, you will be responsible for the efficient handling and management of air cargo operations in Chennai. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with airlines and freight forwarders to ensure timely and secure transportation of air cargo.
• Verify and process customs documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations and laws.
• Conduct regular inspections of cargo to ensure adherence to safety and security protocols.
• Manage and maintain accurate records of cargo movements, including tracking and tracing.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize cargo routing and reduce transit times.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in air cargo regulations and procedures, ensuring compliance and best practices.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of air cargo regulations and procedures.
• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of data entry and documentation processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
