About the Role

The Student Wing role is a volunteer, hybrid position based in Chennai, with flexibility to complete some tasks from home.

Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing and promoting youth-focused events and campaigns, coordinating with student groups and campus communities, and assisting in outreach activities to increase participation and awareness.

Responsibilities

• Gathering feedback from students and contributing ideas for new initiatives and programs
• Helping in planning meetings, preparing basic reports or updates, and collaborating with other volunteers and coordinators

• Strong interest in youth leadership, community service, and social impact initiatives
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse student groups and stakeholders
• Organizational and time management abilities to support events, meetings, and campaigns
• Comfort with basic digital tools and social media platforms to assist in outreach and promotion
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and take initiative in a volunteer environment
