About the Role

As a Frontend Software Engineer (Web) at YouTrip, you will be responsible for designing and developing visually appealing and user-friendly web applications using cutting-edge technologies. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and maintainable frontend code using React and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with the design team to translate design concepts into functional and visually appealing web applications.
• Work closely with the backend team to ensure seamless integration and data exchange between frontend and backend systems.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to the improvement of the codebase.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies, frameworks, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in the team.
• Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure high-quality and reliable code.
• Contribute to the development of new features, bug fixes, and performance improvements in the web application.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in React and JavaScript, with experience in building scalable and maintainable frontend applications.
• Excellent understanding of HTML, CSS, and CSS preprocessors like Sass or Less.
• Experience with version control systems like Git, with a strong understanding of branching, merging, and conflict resolution.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug complex issues and optimize code for performance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
