About the Role
As an HR Intern at ZEALOTECH PEOPLE PRIVATE LIMITED, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process, including screening and sourcing candidates for various roles within the company. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR and develop your skills in recruitment and talent management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Support the HR team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Conduct research to identify potential candidates for job openings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and job boards.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry and report preparation.
- Participate in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of company policies and procedures.
Skills & Qualifications
- Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices.
