About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research to identify potential candidates for US-based job openings
• Utilize Boolean searching techniques to find relevant candidates on job boards, social media, and other online platforms
• Screen resumes and cover letters to assess candidate qualifications and fit
• Build relationships with potential candidates and understand their skills and experience
• Present candidates to clients as potential hires and facilitate the interview process
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and management
• Meet deadlines and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 0-4 years of experience in talent management, recruitment, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of Boolean searching techniques and online recruitment tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Talent management and recruitment management certifications a plus
