About the Role
A US Talent Sourcer at Zealotech People plays a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and acquiring top talent for our clients in the US. This involves conducting thorough research, utilizing Boolean searching techniques, and screening resumes to find the best fit for our clients' needs.
As a Talent Sourcer, you will be responsible for building relationships with potential candidates, understanding their skills and experience, and presenting them to our clients as potential hires.
This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential candidates for US-based job openings
- Utilize Boolean searching techniques to find relevant candidates on job boards, social media, and other online platforms
- Screen resumes and cover letters to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Build relationships with potential candidates and understand their skills and experience
- Present candidates to clients as potential hires and facilitate the interview process
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and management
- Meet deadlines and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 0-4 years of experience in talent management, recruitment, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Boolean searching techniques and online recruitment tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Talent management and recruitment management certifications a plus
