Guidewire Technical Business Analyst - ClaimCenter & PolicyCenter

About the Role

This role involves acting as a subject matter expert for Guidewire's ClaimCenter and PolicyCenter modules, ensuring seamless migration from legacy systems to Guidewire applications. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, providing guidance on configuration, workflows, and integration.

The successful candidate will work closely with business users, developers, and QA teams to gather requirements, clarify technical details, and ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert for ClaimCenter and PolicyCenter modules, providing guidance on configuration, workflows, and integration.
• Support BillingCenter-related requirements and enhancements as needed.
• Analyze existing legacy system logic and translate it into equivalent Guidewire logic for smooth migration.
• Identify attributes in legacy systems, design data mappings, and ensure accurate migration into Guidewire applications.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to validate data migration, perform analysis, and support reporting needs.
• Utilize Guidewire's data dictionary to understand data structures, relationships, and ensure proper mapping.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify technical details, and ensure successful delivery.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Strong expertise in Guidewire ClaimCenter and PolicyCenter.
• Working knowledge of BillingCenter.
• SQL expertise.
• Ability to analyze and translate legacy system logic into Guidewire logic.
• Strong data modeling skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
