About the Role
This Coordination Executive role involves working closely with hospitals and our operations team to ensure smooth communication and efficient data management. You will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders, collecting and organizing documents, and maintaining accurate records.
As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our healthcare initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate effectively with hospitals and our operations team to ensure seamless communication.
- Assist the Operations team by collecting, organizing, and sharing required documents and information.
- Maintain and update Excel sheets with accurate and timely data.
- Draft and send emails to doctors, hospitals, partners, and other stakeholders as required.
- Follow up with partners and stakeholders to collect necessary information within defined timelines.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to internal processes.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Ability to manage multiple follow-ups and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Prior experience in healthcare coordination or operations will be an added advantage.
