AWS DevOps Engineer

About the Role

As an AWS DevOps Engineer at Zorba AI, you will play a crucial role in designing and managing cloud infrastructure on AWS to enable scalable and reliable deployments. Your primary responsibility will be to build and manage CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring seamless integration and high availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and CodePipeline.
• Provision infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Manage various AWS services, including EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, and EKS.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using CloudWatch and Prometheus.
• Ensure security, compliance, and high availability of cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS services and features, and apply this knowledge to improve existing processes and infrastructure.

Skills & Qualifications

• AWS: Proficiency in designing and managing cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• CI/CD: Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and CodePipeline.
• Docker/Kubernetes: Knowledge of containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Terraform: Proficiency in using IaC tools like Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Linux: Experience with Linux operating systems and scripting.
• Scripting: Proficiency in scripting languages like Python and Shell.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Relevant certifications like AWS Certified Developer or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator.
