About the Role

In this Record to Report role at zydus group, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial data from various sources, preparing and reviewing financial reports, and maintaining compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions in the general ledger, including journal entries, reconciliations, and account analysis.
• Perform statutory compliance tasks, such as tax returns, audit reports, and XBRL filing, to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, accounting, and operations teams, to ensure seamless financial reporting and compliance.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency and accuracy.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices to ensure compliance and quality of financial reporting.

Skills & Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, statutory compliance, and audit requirements.
• Experience with financial reporting software, such as Tally or SAP.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze complex financial data and identify trends and insights.
• Basic knowledge of XBRL filing and Ind AS.
